Julia Biały is a London based Hair, Make-up, Wigs & SFX Artist, originally from Tricity, Poland. She studied Hair, Make-up & Prosthetics for Performance at the London College of Fashion, UAL (2019-2022) and attended Christine Blundell Academy in Textured Hair (2023). In 2024, she became one of 10 trainees chosen for the ScreenSkills Trainee Finder programme in Hair & Make-up in Film departament.

Bialy explores different identities through a variety of media, incorporating elements from the world of fashion, theatre and film to her fine art and make-up artistry based practice. Early on, she started gaining artistic experience as an independent paintress that have been taking commissions since 2013.
 She focuses on developing relationships with other enthusiastic practitioners as well as delivering her own projects, exploring the relations between the human mind and body. She is fascinated by shapes, colours and textures within her environment but is also inspired by the mythical world and a wide array of artists - Alexander McQueen, Hieronymus Bosch, Caravaggio, Isamaya Ffrench, Tim Walker, Ari Aster.
Her works have won multiple national artistic contests and have been included in the exhibitions celebrating local history and culture such as:
